Purchased a 2020 Altima 2 weeks ago. I was greeted by Salesman Gabe who was very professional and patient with me and my two older sons and a cranky 2 year old. I was also greeted by Justin and the two of them made the entire experience easy and painless. They made sure I was satisfied and comfortable with my purchase and I never once felt pressured. Will definitely return here for my next vehicle and request to work with them specifically.
I contacted the dealership and asked for an out the door price on a 2024 Altima. I told them that I would likely pay in cash or finance very little. I couldn't get the dealership / rep I was working with, to even call me back or respond in any way, to my request for an OTD price. So, I contacted Mike Rezi Nissan and got an OTD final price from them, in minutes. Don't waste your time with Scott Evans Nissan.
Wonderful experience quite possibly the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Anthony and Justin did a great job and were super knowledgeable about the SUV’s we were interested in. The financing was a breeze and Justin took care of everything exceeded both of our expectations.
Wonderful! Called on Jon Lanham because my oil defuser leaked onto my dash and burned the leather. He sent a leather guy to my house to see if he could fix it right away. That was a no go so he has found someone else for me. Awesome service!
My last review was mistaken. I have since learned that the advisor Lacey was simply confused because another owner with the same vehicle did call the night before and she assumed my vehicle was that one. I'm sorry for posting misinformed information.

I took my platinum pathfinder in for a strange noise. They wanted to charge me $4800 for a transfer case. They also performed a full inspection and told me that I needed new breaks and new lower control arms.
I refused service and took my vehicle to my long time mechanic who is 1.5 hours away.

Can I put ZERO stars? This place is an absolute joke. I was told a set price when I was called on the outcome of my cars diagnosis. They charged me almost 1k dollars more than what the set price I was told over the phone! They will find any little thing that you say is a concern with your vehicle and run with it. Earned my business, and from a very difficult and demanding customer. Jessica did a great job selling me a new 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum.
I have bought 8 cars from them all was excellent. 5 stars everytime. Even the last car I bought. The problem is the last car I bought was a my first used car. Needless to say I bought their warranty with it. I’ve had nothing but problems with it. The warranty doesn’t cover anything.
I live in Griffin Ga. I could not get the dealership there to get the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. I went on line and found the vehicle I wanted and dealerships that had one. Although we couldn't come to an agreement and I did not buy, the salesman Brandon was helpful and courteous. However no one greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. I wandered around for about 10 minutes before I was helped and led to Brandon. My review from two years ago was 5 stars. However, now I would not recommend any one go there. Customer service is little to nonexistent. They (top to the bottom: Scotty Johnson, Saeje Brown, Jon Lanham) are full of it.

Professional and courteous staff that provided me excellent timely service from the sales team to the service department. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Scott Evans Nissan and have never felt pressured. They are always understanding of my needs and help me find what I am looking for. I also have my vehicles serviced there and have outstanding customer service at their service department.
Great group of people working at Scott Evans Nissan I think everyone I know gets their oil changed here. You will even see the owner on a day to day basis helping out in all departments.

Worst dealership I ever set foot on! They jack the prices on their vehicle compared to the internet prices. I was told they do this on purpose to get you to come in, and what take advantage of your money!
Recently had appointment for oil change and arrived 30 minutes early. There were no other cars in line ahead of me. After waiting almost an hour I questioned why it was taking so long. Was given every excuse in the book; we are running behind, service techs had quit, only one tech doing oil changes, etc.. After 1 1/2 hour waiting and still car hadn’t been moved I told them I was leaving. That isn’t the service I expected from a dealership. I understand there are some situations that are beyond control but a quick update would have been sufficient.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! They take advantage of elderly people and will continue to do so. My elderly mother took her 2018 truck there to have the check engine light looked out. They conned her into a new truck and $10,000 in fees and random stuff as well. They still can not tell anyone what the issue was!

Good service the person that sold car called me I was my car I told him I couldn't talk because I was driving i asked if it was inportant he said yes I told him I will meet there I got there all it was about survey he was telling me how to score he must thought I was stupid xxxx lol he gave me what I call a sheet sheet he told me if I score him 1000 I get a gift I thought to myself keep the card other then the service is good

DO NOT buy a car from Scott Evans. This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. They are so unprofessional. Don't go there.
They have the best finance department! I have always gotten the best rates when I purchase from here and most of the time they have beat the local credit unions!
The price on their website is a lie. They try to charge you an addendum for around $700 for "environmental protection package" which the sales person told me she didn't know what it was for and a few lug nuts. They also try to charge $699 for document fees (what, to type up a bill). Then, they try to charge you more than $1000 if you don't finance with them. Never, and I repeat NEVER buy here. They lie so much that they can't even tell you how much the car costs.
They were very friendly, especially a man named Daniel. He was willing to meet and work with us whenever and was kind and patient through the entire experience. I would recommend this dealership and I would also recommend Daniel.
I bought my 2013 Ram 1500 from Scott Evans Nissan 1 1/2 years ago and was extremely happy with my purchase. I’ve had it serviced here every 3-4 months since and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I always feel special when visiting this place.

I told with their internet sales consultant Mattie told her upfront what I was looking for and how much I had she send me vehicles that would work and when I got down there they lied tried to get me to finance with them and told me I made up the conversation I will never do business with them nor tell anyone to go there
They will tell you one thing on the phone/email and once you get there, have you wait, and then tell you something else. We were told they would match an advertised price, then after driving there and waiting, they told us the best they could offer was $3,000 higher than the corresponded price.

Had vehicle towed to this dealership and was surprised to be met with such a condescending attitude from the service advisor Christy. Vehicle has been in the shop for over a week and I was told they are doing everything that "My Warranty" company (which happens to be Nissan) is asking them to do to get approval.
